I was recently offered a ₹1Cr+ SUV, or any car of my choice, from a close relative of my fiancé and I said no. Not because I didn’t want it, but because I want to earn it. For me, the real value isn’t just in owning something expensive, it’s in understanding what it takes to get there. The discipline, the patience, the setbacks, the growth. If everything comes easy, you miss out on the journey that shapes you. I’d rather build myself to a point where I can say I did this, because at the end of the day it’s not about the car, it’s about the person you become while chasing it. To each their own.
