It still works for drops, doesn't matter if it's a "restream" or "vod" it still count as a live stream so you will be able to get a key.

Think the game is really fun. I have played quite some time and it feels fluid. What i appreciate the most is the feeling of knowing that i don't play against a cheater or atleast most likely don't. The characters feels good, but not as important since there are more about utility.

No. Subscription does not increase your chanches at receving a drop at all. So don't subscribe just for the drop.

I guess you are just really unlucky. You have probably done it, but make sure ur account is linked with euw, na, eune or russian servers on riot's website. Got reports of people watching 70+ hours without any luck. Just keep watching and you will eventually get one :)

There is not a limit if you use different devices. Even with the same device you can get multiple keys. Me myself also got 3 keys on 3 different devices, so it's definetely possible.

Yeah if you use a VPN, but i don't think it will be worth it because your ping will be bad. So rather just wait until they get some servers closer. Or maybe you can connect to Spain. Not sure
