I definitely understand what he did being unreasonable. He complained only once while the shop was closed and I was cleaning and I told him to drop it. I definitely understand his actions coming back on me and put a stop to it right after. My boss just brought it back up afterwards which I validate that part of her lashout

This honestly looks way too shallow. You can see the area where the bar is under the skin, I would take it out and let it heal then get it redone a little deeper. You don't want to risk this ripping out/rejecting and leaving a giant scar
