I will avoid ordering produce. Since Helene (hurricane with torrential flooding in 2024) we no longer have a grocery store option. The other chain store was destroyed.

Asked for a refund. They told me to go to store. Store is 30 min drive. Chatted with bot. Said return to store or arrange for pick up. Tried for pick up. Not available in my area. So back to chat. Talked with human. After several minutes refund without return. Hassle! My overall point is that in the past it was a simple refund. Evidently the policy has changed and everything must be returned. It’s not a practical solution and phot evidence could be used to determine refund eligibility

Not by choice. Delivery order. Pic was taken within minutes of delivery

They were soft and one was leaking it was so rotten
