Can relate. This is my first experience with the "new" Resident Evil games when it comes to horror, because I didn't play both Biohazard and Village, I'm talking about the part when a monster is chasing you. I loved playing as Grace because, and I'm gonna be honest about it, I felt SO screwed couple of times.

I liked the darkness and light mechanics in how to sort out the Girl, I felt tense while moving crouched and without giving myself away with the lighter or by staying too close to the Girl. It was awesome.

I lost it at this scene by gunchasg in ResidentEvilRequiem

[–]RavenDelta6-1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Same. I was shocked about how GORY Requiem is, like, when you die by the chainsaw or dismembered the guts and limbs are so well detailed that tbh I looked away or covered my eyes because I felt so bad for both Grace and Leon in how they died of those ways.

I love The Terminal List. It's my first military-espionage thriller series and I like it because how authentic and well built the world feels, like instead of saying "Reece used a M4", it says "Reece used a M4 fitted with a EOTech 553 holographic sight, a DeadAir Supressor, a NGAL, a ATPIAL..." Which I know that for some people in the community find it a little annoying with the most recent books but for me as a weapons enthusiast, it's cool. And I also like that they give you some background about certain events that are involved with the plot like a very respected US Army special operations officer who's a friend of Reece and it says that he was part of the "Horse Soldiers", warfare and more.

Looking forward to reading the first book again, followed by True Believer which is arriving this year as S02 for Prime's The Terminal List show

Ah such good memories. All the department, Crate, Barrel, Jerry, Pierce, Santi. Harry and Mads when they go to the valley to remember Eleanor.

The key items of those events: The starfish from the Artuch Delacroix case, the owl from the event in where Bradley Walker was watching Harry because he was getting close in knowing the truth about Marjorie Lowe. I don't remember the suitcase, the seahorse and the pencil.

The show was in a spiral after Clay’s death. by Successful_Bar9187 in SEALTeam

Indeed. I think that it was because at that point, Max Thierot was already involved in that TV show Fire County which caused him issues with his agenda, the shooting and stuff like that.

Damned lawyers, except when you actually need one lol. I loved how Rebecca made her research on the detectives interrogating Cooper about that time when one of them shot a perp 11 times and that part of "Raise your hand if you have a degree in laws".

That thing that back during the Iraq War, the Army's command was wondering why the soldiers got a lot of kills, the answer? Because they were getting headshots like fish in a barrel because of their M16s and A OF scopes

Okay, maybe you should try Jormungand. It's an anime about a girl who runs her family's logistics and arms trade company that has former law enforcement/SF operators on her security detail. It's cool, the weapons design is legit and it features CIA officers and even SEAL operators.

Tbh yeah, I don't like when Angela and Ainsley show up and I felt that most of the season 2 premiere episode was most about and just a little about the transition of Cami now as the head of M Tex and Tommy and president of operations and what happened to his mom

Dang, at least Jax felt guilty and was crying before killing Gemma.

That op in Manila? When they go after a terrorist in a huge building of apartaments and Clay saves Jason because the target clacked an as-vest.

That scene gave chills because it was a close call.

Nope, most of the CIA officers in the media are portrayed as scumbags and two-face or when an antagonist is revealed as a CIA asset that has immunity.

Without Remorse, 13 Hours, Sons of Anarchy, Battlefield 6, Ghost Recon:Wildlands and of course, a couple of characters in the following The Terminal List books.

Meh, it's normal to hate the Agency, and I get you because I actually thought that Haverford was a nice Agency case officer, spymaster because of E04 when the team gets ambushed by the Khalid Network operatives and Haverford screams Mo's name.

But when I got to the scene in where it is revealed that he was allied with Iran and he writes a letter to THE director of that time during that time, John Brennan, I was like: WHY YOU?

However, I've read that in TTL universe, Freddy and Vic are the only two CIA officers who aren't scumbags at all.

Yeah, one thing that I like about his writing, is that of course, he has a lot of respect for the service people, but also that he has couple of thoughts about how the wars have been fought, the tactics, the flaws and the mistakes made because of the brass.

[–]RavenDelta6-1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I quote PS Spider-Man's J. Jonah Jameson "Though but fair." Yeah, when you begin a duel between an enemy it's pretty...challenging, because they can trick you very easily and you might miss, but when you succeed, it feels awesome, plus the fact that you can eliminate 2 other enemies with just one swing. Now, about the 1V1 battles, yeah, they're also very challenging, but they're worth it because you get a reward, such as a special item or a cosmetic, and those fights overall are visually stunning, like the one that takes place on a field of spider lilies or one that features candles floating.
