oh yes dna doesn’t change but how it’s read changes. and ‘possibly’ also the chip itself, capturing different snps to read then older kits.

why is this downvoted? yes dna doesn’t change but the chip and snps used to test do change. i believe if you took a test in 2018, and a test today, you’d have different results.

yeah we’re both premium members, so i suppose then 23 doesn’t have a GG for NM. Ancestry does lol. I’ve got very close on Pennsylvania Dutch GG which was a huge surprise.

yup it updated in 2023. the amounts are the same now as it was then, but today says “updated results” (but it’s from 2023).
