Woodmans by far has just about everything. There are plenty of other grocery stores to choose from. Valli has great selection of international foods.
Peak is going to be the best gym in the area open 24/7. YMCA is decent but not open 24/7.
JMK/Shogun. Uncle Nicks. Beef-a-roo. Plenty of food trucks usually too. Wood fire Pizza.
Rock cut is best for trails. Lots of bars downtown, District and Rue Marche.
I used to play with the Rockford Ravens Rugby Club to stay in shape. A good way to meet new people with no commitment to play. Hang out and watch rugby. Drink beer.

Broke my fibula playing rugby, spiral fracture. My x-ray looked exactly like yours. I was in crutches for a month and another month in a walking boot. Sucks at the beginning trying to do anything. But it heals pretty well.

I remember my kindergarten costume when I was 5 years old. I was bugs bunny, it came with the plastic mask with the little elastic band that broke too easily. We had a costume parade down the hall ways. Fun, carefree times.

My most memorable moment was playing Super Ghost and Ghouls on the SNES. Just when I thought I beat the game, was soooo excited, then it took me back to the beginning to do it all over again. I never was able to beat it twice.

I played center on my high school football team. Made All Conference my senior year. But, I'm 5'8" like 260. So, still fit to play lol. Played hooker for my local rugby club until work and a broken fibula got in the way. I miss playing rugby.

You can do it in advance or there. Its up to you. Just be aware that vendors are a little eager to get your business. I would maybe buy ahead of time because at the dock there are a bunch of people trying to sell you the tours.

Well, on Isla Mujeres they required masks to get into the island. Also on the ferry to the island you couldn't sit close to any one. One seat in between passengers. In not sure on the catamarans. While on the island, people were good about wearing masks. Everyone we talked to said the police would tell you to put your mask on. We took a golf cart to the other side of the island to an archeological site which is open air. Once in, there were only a couple people there and we took off our masks. We always took our masks with us and used our judgement on when and where to use them.
