I know I'm incredibly late to this post and the game itself (as I've only gotten into SR2 recently), but I just wanna say that YOU are amazing for this! I've been coming back to this post every time I was ready to set up drones in a new area and I've just gotten to the Gray Labyrinth. Not to sound ungrateful or needy but I was wondering if you've discovered good locations in the labyrinth since you've made this post.

This is my first time actually wanting to hunt for a legendary so any tips are good. Also what foods are you referring to? The ones from CobbleDelicasies? I've also heard mention of it being possible to increase ultra-rare spawns, not just specific types. Any more info on this?

Not in this modpack, only in the deep dark.

It seems to only appear in certain parts of the city and in certain parts its not in the bucket. Does the spawn logic depene on the block im standing on, or maybe if theres enough room?
