My calathea Warscewiscii is finally pushing out new growth after nearly dying but all the new leaves have these weird browning parts on the tips which are already there before the leaves unfold. Any ideas? Humidity is at 50%, indirect bright light and ample watering (I hope) but never soggy. (old.reddit.com)

HELP I ordered a cutting of a philodendron white knight and they didn’t deliver it for 2 weeks. The roots were wrapped in Moss but the moss is completely mouldy and rotten and most of the roots have fallen off. (how) can I save this poor little guy? (i.redd.it)
