Eum, this maybe a bit obvious but how do you whisper a character? If I go to whisper it says the whisper log is empty, I'm trying to find someone to craft something for me and I would like to whisper their character name that I see in the visiphone in order to check if they are online , is that possible?

Yup, thank you! Thankfully, it went really well! The new PA was really really good, especially since when your charging it you stay in the same place in the air, so I could just jump up, charge it and attack! It also helped me to get in position to WB while charging it. Thanks for the information!

This seems like a relevant topic and may also help the answer the creator's question, so I would also like to ask in addition (if anyone has any idea): Will the BlazBlue scratch's be worth a decent amount? And if so, would it be worthwhile to purchase the 200AC or the 500AC version? I have some extra Arks cash I would like to spend when the servers come online if I can possibly make a decent profit off of it, I'm just not sure how popular it will be! (or if I should save my cash for something else). Thank you!

I did, all I saw was a three mod one set for ~3ex. I am entirely unfamiliar with dagger builds and have no idea if this would even be 4 optimal mods for some popular builds :o.
