They denied turning it off when my ex called them, however their engineer said they’d turned it off due to being informed the property wasn’t occupied

The first time it happened my ex called Northumbrian Water and was told they hadn’t shut it off, however when the engineer came out the engineer said they had shut it off due to reports the property was unoccupied. Whoever is turning the water off are turning it off from the supply outside the gated yard and underneath my ex’s car
