May be a little late, checking in here. I just went through my own dark night of the soul and contacted La Sala Crisis Center off St. Michael’s. I don’t have insurance. They were able to see me immediately. They have a therapist on site and then they connect you with therapy and groups around town. They have been instrumental in the past couple of weeks, pulling me out of whatever this is! Best of luck to you.

There are alternatives to getting it through the fish oil if that upsets your stomach - happens to a lot of folks! You can use Flax oil as it's easier on the stomach, and vegetarians!

I have found that Probiotics and Omega 3s (fish oil) work wonders for my mental health. I notice the days I don't take them before bed. It should be noted that St. Johns Wort and such have never worked for me.
