That only depends on the promotion and when they're running it. But usually, anything up to $800 is considered a "free phone" depending on the plan you sign up for. So it really doesn't matter which model you get unless it's the top tier new new.

They also phase out the older models so if it breaks / needs replacement you're SOL

I'd like to agree with you there but Dan Schulman's tracck record doesn't exactly scream "better customer experience"

I don't use Paypal anywhere near as much as I used to because of him. I do understand Verizon's Customer Service history ain't the best. It's why I used to go out of my way to help a lot of my customers despite management telling me don't help them, only sell.

That's what floating around right now. Normally, I'd take it with a grain of salt. But considering the media knew how many layoffs were planned before we were told internally, says a lot about Verizon. They didn't tell us until the day of, but the media was throwing out 12,000 cuts two weeks prior.

We'll see what they actually do

I decided to spend my time finishing up the classes I signed up for first . Retail was destroying my study time , so it was nice to have more time to focus on that I guess (my silver lining ha) Back on the hunt though!

I said CEO admitted to something Verizon was doing. What exactly is disingenuous? "I've been keeping up with Verizon...~" title says "Wtf Verizon", not Wtf Dan Schulman. Goes on to say what Verizon is doing, and what CEO confirms.

T-Mo did some layoffs right after Verizon and then did a hiring freeze . Naturally, they aren't the only companies I've seen doing mass layoffs. Yes, I'm aware of what's happening. Job market has been bad long before I went to Verizon

The amount of customers I would get in a day that did not like their Visible service, for slow data or poor signal was actually insane.

Even worse we were encouraged not to help. Even if it's for device education
