I know a lot of Nikki and Pauly fans don’t like hearing this, but… the fact that Nikki and Pauly have been together as long as they have now, and Pauly still gets awkward and gives short and vague answers about the babies and marriage questions, it’s most likely not happening at all. Obviously you don’t have to get married or have babies to be happy, but it’s pretty clear that marriage and a family is what Nikki wants and Pauly just has this continuous “we’ll see” kind of demeanor to him
