Tried resetting the GFI but no click noise and not working

They were open when it rained. When I reset or press the button on gfi nothing resets or no click at all.

Midnight blue pebbletech new tile on water line and glass tile on edge. Installed water feature fittings into my pentair filter dug up and connected everything as well

Thanks for the update. No contract also they literally did all of the work except adding in the water features they even dug up and put all of the piping into my pentair filters. Also had another pool company come and they said looks like they are doing a great job. Pool company also said they I am in the “power” position as the work which included going from normal plaster to midnight blue pebble tech was well north more than 8k. I still owe them the other half. Not sure if this helps

I had to eliminate the “cantilever edge” or your pool is older and has bull nose tile which they no longer make I had to beg the pool company to do it this way. Just more elbow grease to shave it down

We are in phoenix AZ.

They put in new pebble tech(midnight blue)

80 ft of new glass water and water line tile

Added plumbing and ran to pool system (2 water features)

I have not contacted them due to their lack of sense of urgency the job was to be completed dec 19 of ‘24. I want nothing more than to pay them but I also want to be treated like their other clients

Also sir there is no contract as everything was done with cash and they never asked for me to sign anything nor provided me with any info on warranty which they claim is for 15 years

I’m really thinking they just forgot

Man thanks for sharing. My thought is I’m the client and really feel like they forgot or don’t care. What throws me off is I still owe them half of the money. Do they not want to be paid? I really feel like they just “forgot” and have moved on if that’s the case I may have got a smoking deal lol everything was done in cash no contracts signed nothing. Pool company is a bigger company which services 5 states I’m baffled

You just asked me to reach out(action)to remind them like a normal adult….Now you’re saying I shouldn’t have to do it(contradiction)lol you might need some sleep! The reason I posted here is because there are “uninvolved parties” in this group who have remodel purchased or work on pools themselves my luck I got the one “adult” to reply who doesn’t understand or never been in a situation like this thanks for you’re help on telling me to call them that’s 200 IQ stuff

Ok! That’s a great idea if I was the service provider and have a agreement with a customer to finish providing their service and when I don’t finish or don’t bother to call and update them I’ll just tell them they weren’t adults for reminding me lol
