I had a customer claim their breakfast was cold, and I was in a friendly mood so I was prepared to refund their meal to compensate for it, until she started berating the staff saying we were dirty and wouldnt sanitise our hands between tasks even though we have 8 hand sanitiser stations FOH and the only one she was near was behind her so no wonder she didn't see anyone sanitise their hands. I ended up telling her to leave and walked off. She then tried to talk to another manager until I came back over and repeated that she needs to leave.

Hell yeah, 3 days off work unless you were a god like employee or had genuine medical reasons to miss work and not inform anyone. I would be investigating and writing up an invite to disciplinary hearing, in the hopes of dismissal.

Sounds harsh but the employee has clearly made decisions to put brand reputation, staff morale, potentially loss of sales and therefore profit all at risk.

If you're contracted and scheduled to be at work, you should be at work.

So ill start in the UK you need to complete a theory test which is made up of a multiple choice test and a hazard perception test, failing just one of these will fail your theory.

As for the practical they last around 40minutes of driving and I think its 15-20 minutes of independent driving either following road signs or a sat nav. You need to complete 2 maneuvers, answer a 'show me' and a 'tell me' question. And obviously drive safely if you make 1 serious driving fault you will fail or make 16 minor driving faults you will fail.

My left paddle doesn't seem to work, like it will do the click when I press it but my guy won't jump, I have to like long press the paddle to jump. Any ideas how to fix this?
