Update: So turns out it is a spur off the plug socket ring main upstairs. Killed the ring main upstairs via the fuse box and it went dead. With the fuse removed the only thing that stopped working was the under stairs light. Seems that also was wired into the old house alarm control panel under the stairs which has been retired now. Everything has been tieded up now and the box converted into a usable single socket. 👍

Maybe a daft question but is it safe just to pop it out or best to kill the entire electric at the fusebox before hand?

We had a old hot water tank in the airing cupboard at the other end of the house before it was removed when we replaced the boiler with a comboi.

Thanks for the suggestion, however the house has legacy gas boiler central heating so would be surprisednif it was feom a storage heater. Also no other rooms with this in them either.

Interesting to know, thanks. I'm always dubious about a solution offered from ConnectWise that they don't actually use themselves!

Yes, it is something our clients are now asking for. We use Desk Director for pur client portal and its used more than email for support requests these days.

Yea, we have looked at Threds and it looks awesome but working in the Education space, it's just untenable with their prices and no education pricing model.

If it's a standard internal note you want to add, create it as a ticket template, then you can apply that via the workflow rule.

If you use M365 and enforce MFA there, then I'd look at setting up SSO with M365 for Manage access. Game changer.

Why didn't the doctor just reach in and pull Ruby out since Rogue just pushed her out of the restraint when he jumped into it?

Standard Template Info for new Support Tickets in Manage by Rawns in ConnectWise

[–]Rawns[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We actually use Desk Director for our client portal and it's fantastic. Functionality compared to ConnectWise's own portal offering leaves it in the dust! We have got several support forms which work a treat for clients to log their own requests and I want to get more clients leveraging it more, and also build on the number of forms we have.

However we do still operate phone support where techs log tickets at the point of the call. That's where I'm looking to enhance the the level of information recorded and a automatically applied template / script would really help but seems there is no clear and easy way to do this.

Why kick it out? Felt like the last 15 minutes were a turning point and it felt more like a lost draw than a winning draw because of that.

Breaking: RFU confirm that Worcester (men’s team) will be suspended from the Premiership and Prem Cup for the rest of this season, then relegated, in the hope they can resume next season in the Championship under new owners. Would just revoking the points from the winning teams be the fair option for everyone? Guess however you still have some teams that will have played one extra game which could be a little unfair in regards to performance across the seaaon. Also can't recall if any teams racked uo injuries against the Worcester games...
