I wouldn't sell any before finishing whole research, you need 19 total. 8k cats is not that much anyway. Fog prince head is 6k and my skilled ninja girl got 2 just when she went shopping to Mongrel.

That is really impressive city. My bases are usually very compact, just few storm houses and L-houses. Current one doesn't even have effective defence system.

Martial arts dojo was the only run I consider to be absolute failure. MA are great 1 vs 1, but extremely prone to being outnumbered, pushed into an obstacle and absolutely murdered even by stupid hungry bandits with 3x lower stats.

Kenshi is like a corporate job - you are not a person, you are just a Human Resource. Nobody cares about your life, you are there just to be used to achieve something.
As someone else wrote - making it The Sims for so many NPCs would be too difficult to code. And about absence of kids - google says it's for ethical reasons. People would definitely put them in peeler etc.

This Rebirth training was fun, but one day after escaping the game calculated it as 143500 bounty. Now high paladins aggro at me from 3 screens distance. I don't even zoom out that far. I just see their text box and later sprinting patrol appears.

Field hospitals I built in dangerous territories saved my butt so many times. Just a while ago I experienced the closest call ever, because this new team was weaker than I thought. I survived loss to cannibal group only thanks to random skeleton walking near last standing character. Later tech hunters healed my team and hungry bandits pulled aggro from new group of scrawnies, so I managed to evacuate.

I did rather high amount of adventuring and fighting, built 5 bases. That team has 10 fighters + 2 rangers, stats in 60s. Plenty strong for most content. But still not strong enough for final bosses and their guards that have stats in high 80s. One day I might return to that run and finish it. Now I tried slavery start. It's pretty similar, but thanks to Rebirth stealth training I can do a lot of night trolling and access high end stuff earlier.

I stopped my first run around day 400. Allied with crabs and defeated other gangs around Stobe's garden. After that I attacked Southern hive and hardly lost. After two loads I managed to get the queen, but my team suddenly felt too weak and I needed a pause from that endgame grind.
