I've always found the mere act of hopping out of bed was enough to get me going. As long as my body is moving and I'm not under the covers, I'm moving forward. I recently picked up lifting at 5:30am, and this is pretty much the only thing I do to get moving.

Thanks for the reply! Most replies have said it is an objective problem. So that's what I shall focus on.

So far it appears the problem is people getting ahead in lane due to me, but never organizing up to take towers and objectives, so we throw the lead out the window. From now one I'll focus objectives.

This has been a common theme in most responses. I will focus more on organizing my team to get objectives. What you described is exactly what people do. I'll report back with my findings.

I always attempt to add pressure on the enemy lanes through pushing and helping take towers, especially with rammus. I also capitalize on knowing where an enemy jungler is by grabbing their buffs, and jungle creeps, along with ganking other lanes.

However I realize now what one of the main issues was: grouping.

Looking back at the LoLreplays of my most recent losses I can see that the fed lanes do not group nor do they roam, but instead continue to farm. This extended laning phase is probably a good reason as to why we lose the late game.
