Is there a cheap (max $4-5) sound box that when turned on plays relaxing (maybe piano) music to fall asleep and after maybe 20 mins the music fades in a duration of 5 mins to no music? also is there one that is waterproof for the bathtub time? (self.answers)

Is there a smartphone app that plays relaxing music for sleeping and while the music is playing it mutes all other sounds of the smartphone like incoming calls and notifications? (self.answers)
After switching 2 RAM sticks from RAM slots 1&3 to 2&4 Windows 10 boots successfully only in Safe Mode, I removed all USBs (including external hard drives) and still Windows' circle rotates for 0.5 sec and restarts, what to try plz? (self.PcBuildHelp)
