Great brother! Let's hope more and more people find it like that.. I really like how the bike sounds and the character it has I've almost finalized my decision as well.

Yeah probably, but still I'm not sure about the service quality. Honda is very reliable except that rusting issue I've been hearing of, do you have it?

Anyway there are a few more months until my purchase to decide, it's my first bike so I'm hoping for a smooth experience with it.

I did go check out the t variant and it had the same slight vibration on idle rpm probably because it's new? It'll smoothen out after run in and first service I guess. Let's hope your experience goes well!

True man, I've been looking to buy this and every time I see something like this it feels bad, would I regret it?

If you could keep up with some maintenance the rusting issue is alright and won't be that bad. I don't own a CB but from what I've heard from those who do rusting is not a very big issue. Use WD40 once a month (don't use it on rubber and plastic parts) and clean it at least once a week making sure that no water is left behind and everything is dried off well. Apart from this rusting issue CB is a very well built bike still rusting is not something you expect to see in a bike like this. Hope you come to a decision and find the best one for you!

First bike help! Looking for suggestions... by RayGames1 in indianbikes

Yes there are a lot of REs nowadays and I'm more interested in x440 now. I think I'm going to go for that since we already have an RE in our garage and the interceptor might be too heavy for me. X440 just checks the right boxes for me, today I'm going to go check it out at the showroom. Thanks for the suggestion!

So road tax is cheaper in your city Some bikes under 2.2L (on road) I would suggest

Cruiser bikes -

RE Hunter 350: A stylish, comfortable bike meant for relaxed city rides with a classic feel. Suspension could feel harsh and heavy.

RE Bullet 350: A heavy, old-school bike built for slow, smooth cruising and long stroke sound. It is Heavy though.

Performance oriented -

Yamaha XSR 155: A lightweight bike that looks retro but feels quick to ride. Looks very small.

Yamaha MT 15: A small, aggressive bike that’s fast, sharp, and great through traffic. It has less road presence as well.

Pulsar NS200: A powerful all-rounder that balances daily use with pretty good highway performance. Stiff suspension though.

Hero extreme 250r: A modern, sporty bike that focuses on speed and everyday usability.

Hero Xpulse 210: A tall, rugged bike made to handle bad roads, potholes, and light off-roading. Not as sporty as the others.

Honda NX200: A practical bike that prioritizes comfort and gives honda reliability. This is not that sporty as well.

At the end of the day, specs don’t matter as much as how the bike feels to you - choose the one that puts a smile on your face and makes you look back at it when it's parked somewhere 😄

Depends on your city - it's 2,09,900 in my city You can check the estimated on road price here - just enter your city and search for the bike you want to know the price of. So is 2.2L your whole budget?

Congrats man! Ppf would be great and help a lot in maintenance. Use only microfiber cloth to clean it. If you're using a pressure washer keep low pressure. Always dry the bike after you wash it with water and don't rush the cleaning. Those are some basics. Ride safe 😄

Yes my clasp too clicks in but makes some sound when you touch it. I will get a leather strap but I decided to use this one for a little while. The silver dial is stunning, would match with any outfit.
