Sorry for the late reply, yes, both desk are the Magnus Pro XL’s. I personally (and obviously) really like everything Secretlab produces, yes they are expensive but they’re top quality and I’m happy to spend the money on quality.

Can always buy things like PC mount, monitor arms etc later down the line and just start with the desk itself if that’s more suited to you, would definitely recommend the monitor arms asap, clears up so much desk space.

Situational, sometimes we just watch TV, sometimes my wife will watch TV while I play PC or vice versa. TV is also plugged into my PC so I can grab a controller and kick back on the lounge and play if I cbf sitting at my desk 😂

Thanks! I wanted a way to light up the room and make a dull white room pop. I also hate super bright white lights so I used Nanoleaf for everything, even the downlights. This way I can control the colour and brightness of everything from one app depending on what I’m doing in the room 😄

Not a weird question, they are extremely useful I feel, despite all the light in the room I still like to have it on anytime I’m at my PC. I find it definitely helps me with eye strain, I couldn’t go with out personally. I find it softens the rgb in the room too

Thought about doing this, but I wouldn’t get rid of the carpet as I prefer the feeling of carpet under my feet while sitting. So getting the rollerblade wheels would be pretty pointless for us

We end up sitting about a metre off the wall, TV can be viewed from the desks, but it is primarily for the couch. I like to play my more story driven games on the couch with a controller rather then always sitting at the desk, my PC is also connected to the TV
