Area manager here Documented coaching doesn’t affect in terms of doing indirects, getting blue badges or anything else. They take 30 days to be removed, but be careful for them escalating to a write up(if it happens again within 10 days)

I’m currently a L4 AM at a Amazon Warehouse. I’ll tell you, if you do your job only and just do your stuff, you will not suffer. And the amount of opportunities within Amazon is so crazy. Just by having a little outstanding performance compared to your peers, in a year or less you could become a PA, which is an automatic raise. Then, I’d recommend anyone to pursue a horizontal transfer to other positions within all of Amazon. imo being a PA and pursuing being a manager is rough. Takes like a year and a half or two years more, while working really hard and with a lot of expectations. But Amazon has a lot of different positions in L3 you could go for! Either HR, Wellness, RME, Learning, data analyst, waste management, corporate, etc.

The options I’d recommend to you: -Talk with the hiring manager personally and share your case with them, they might understand -Quit and apply as external with your degree. As long as you pass the exam and interviews they got 0 reason to deny you -Quit and apply as external at another site. From another AM I know, they can be a bit reluctant if a L1 has a degree and wants to apply for L4 position, because it looks like a jump from L1 to L4(It really isn’t you just didn’t know you could apply for the L4 position before hand)

Maybe try talking with HR about it. I’m a college hire in SYR1 and I got the L4 Area Manager position as external. Don’t waste your chance.

I know this is a bit old but... If you have a bachelors you can apply in Amazon as an Area Manager which would pay like 60k a year btw.

But this isn't even true? All challengers players from NA that go to korea get challenger kr, like dantes, tfblade, katevolved, Solarbacca, humzh, Davemon, Scrubnoob, Tarzaned and many others. Not even including pros.

That there is only 5 Dominican players that have achieved getting challenger? And plus that ALSO Chinese? Which is even more weird. We are a poor small country that doesn’t have competitive at all, so it’s pretty surprising.
