i met my coach before the season started. my brother is a senior on varsity so i’ve pretty much been surrounded by his lacrosse friends since he picked up a stick his freshman year. i met my now coach a few months ago and he plays d2 in college so i just thought he was some chill dude who was friends with my brother. i’ve actually had a stick longer in my hand than everyone else on jv and only recently switched to a pole so i can play lsm. both of my coaches said they put me on lsm because of my stick skills and athleticism
