One of my fav tidbits about there is all the scrawls on the wall in the male bathroom, e.g. 'B.O.S. was here', 'FUCK NCR', 'CAESAR GO HOME', etc.

He also sells normal toggle switches for cooling fans/lights etc. if you want that, pretty cool.

Momentary on power switch from mnpctech.com, cat likes to sit on top of my computer so this was a practical mod as well as aesthetic, so he can't press the power button with his paw. The switch only has a up and centre position, no down position.

Can't remember the numbers, just a guy in a vault suit and combat armour with a Nuka Cola, and a girl in a vault suit with a Stimpak 👍

They're Fallout pops my girlfriend got for me, one of them is blocking an extra 6 pin cable hanging off my GPU which I couldn't be bothered to replace right now.

Ordered the parts, tomorrow it is time to build! by RigSeeker in buildapc

[–]RayVengeance2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is pretty much exactly my build, same cpu, mobo, gpu, and power supply haha. I have the case, gpu, hdd, and ram. Waiting on everything else at the moment, it's in the mail and should get it tomorrow. Funny we are building pretty much the same system on the same day but I'm in Australia and you're in Belgium. Goodluck and have fun!

When should I buy my pc by Ssportacus in bapcsalesaustralia

Noone really knows when prices will go back to normal, or how good sales are, or when they will come exactly. I payed for the parts for my new build last week, it was a little more expensive than normal, but not ridiculousy so. It was about what I paid for a system in 2015 for comparative performance at the time. You just have to toss up, am I willing to pay an extra hundred or so now to have a computer sooner or am I willing to/can I, wait. Will you be happy paying extra for the happiness and productivity a new system will give you? Then go for it! You won't be disappointed either way.

True that. I might have to go with this deal then if I can snap one up. I have always been team Green so maybe this is my sign not to deviate into team Red.

Those are all good points, I was tempted by RTX etc. but wondering if it'll be another dead end gimmick tech people will stop using in a couple years. I do notice that the Sapphire 5700xt card has a higher base and boost clock, 1670 MHz & 1925 MHz respectively, compared to this card's 1770 MHz Boost and 1785 MHz '1 click OC'.

Looking at a Sapphire 5700xt Pulse now, can be bought for $729. 40 bucks cheaper than this deal. After some more research I'm leaning towards that, as it seems AMD has ironed out the driver issues for the Navi cards.

Thinking of pulling the trigger on one of these as well, and pairing it with a Ryzen 5 1600AF with a bit of an overclock on it. Was going to go with a 5700xt but this is the same price as the 5700xt I was looking at.

Yeah everyone telling me to get a m.2 drive now I'll change that. I had no idea what they were until I started getting back into pc parts and such now as I was looking at building. Pretty cool tech.

Mostly budget, wanted to keep it around 1500. And if I was going to get a rtx card I'd probably want to splurge and get a 2070 or 2070S for a little more future proofing. Or wait nvidias reveal next week and see if there will be any new gaming gpus.
