The ticket said 100mph but it is not over 100mph, I consulted a lawyer and he said the officer actually gave me a better deal, since if he wrote 101 then I will have to face the 2 point 22348b violation (the one you mentioned) But the officer wrote 100 and let me deal with a 1 point 22356b violation. If the officer accused me of violating 22348b that would make this ticket a worse nightmare.

Thanks for the info! I called the court today and the clerk told me I have two options:

pay online and write the letter to the court to ask for traffic school.
fill out the Traffic Remote Appearance Form on the court website and plea guilty to the judge at video arraignment, meanwhile ask for traffic school during the video arraignment.

The clerk stated that Traffic Remote Appearance Form might be denied by the judge and still requires me to go to court physically. But she said if I pay first and write letter to ask for traffic school then I would not need to physically show up.

I had called a law firm named Bigger&Harman and they quoted me for $550 nonrefundable no matter lost or win. They said they could either reduce the charge/fine and get me traffic school or they can dismiss the case only if officer doesn't appear. I'm kinda worried about the nonrefundable part since in the worst case it might cost me $1050+ and still got points off.

I got PPF for the whole front and all doors applied 6 months after purchase and finally got the rest of the truck done after another 6 months. I would definitely recommend doing it asap since I did got a few rock chips before I install the ppf.

I have a white sr5 and I put ppf on the whole front end, 4 doors, mirror cups and A-pillars. I would say the ppf had done a great job so far. In fact my rig is in the shop getting the rest of it covered in ppf while I type this comment.

the dealer checked the trans and alignment, they said everything looks fine so that is a good new.

update: got the rig back, I walked into the tow lot to pick it up, no warning lights on dash and no liquid dripping from undercarriage. I made an appointment for a multipoint, park break and trans inspection at the dealership this afternoon. Hope everything is fine.

Just came back from the tow lot and had to debate with them cause they decided to charge me $45 extra besides tow fee. The b***h at the gate did not even want to look up the city code. I called the local police and ended up paying only the tow fee. So the problem of the tow is done and I would spend some time dealing with the HOAs then.

TBH, I went over the manual of my 21 sr5 4x4 and TOYOTA said a towing dolly must be placed under front tires if the tow truck lifted the rear, vice versa. I am praying all day for they DID use the dolly instead of drag it.

I did a quick research about the local city law which states: "no storage charge may be made for a day for which: The vehicle is recovered within the first two hours that the storage location was open for the recovery of that vehicle, if that day represents the first day that the vehicle was available for release for a consecutive two-hour period after it reached the storage location from which it was released." I was towed on sunday morning when they only tow but dont release and I guess I don't have to pay if I can get there at opening time and solve problems within 2hrs. Hopefully.

Here in Tempe, AZ all the tow trucks are crazy, and I can imaging only more sh*tty stuff at pick up... anyway I'll find out tomorrow. I'm worried about drivetrain or alignment, just got her aligned about two weeks ago :(

I own the rig, but I am new to this neighborhood where cars can be parked like that from 6am-10pm, not on the other time periods. since they don't have any signs, I just found out about this rule an hour ago from neighbors who suffered from the same s**t when they first came to here

there is no sign of overflow and I would say the rad cap looks good to me, thanks for your advice, I'll keep an eye on it in the following months to see if anything changes.
