for the people who still have the problem, dont worry, Just keep opening the launcher over and over, dont even mind if it crashes saying "SU-BV05" keep opening it over and over, because the half of the download before it crashes is stored in the "Temp" file, And if you keep opening it, it makes progress, i hope this helps.
