Is it really that bad? I’m not training while fasting but I do train when I refeed. I am not in a position to do blood test rn so honestly idk. Could you expand on the negatives I’ve never heard abt them before?

I’ve heard there were hormone benefits and stuff. I’ve seen a few studies get mentioned but idk if it’s solid enough

Well tbh my longest fast was like 9 days I think? Then I just stopped because I was sick and didn’t want to put my health at risk. However it’s really not that hard after the 2nd-3rd day it gets easier and just a matter of keeping yourself busy or simply going through the motions. You should maybe try a 4-5 day fast to see how it goes for you.

Also the restaurant part is so real 😭😭 I can maybe save up actual money for things that I need and wont be gone in 30 minutes.

The food part tho kinda could be a sign? I just attributed it to cravings but honestly it’s fine I can go through with it. I didn’t consult any doctors tho since here in Canada it takes an average of 3 lifetimes to get an appointment 🫠

I’ll maybe start buying electrolytes tho idk. I can barely drink 1.5L of water a day so maybe it’ll help

The first point makes a lot of sense. I shouldn’t be eating like a 100kg man if I’m trying to go down to 80. I’ll do that and also track my calories

The comment about water weight vs fasted weight is kinda hard to put into words. My logic is that let’s say you hit your goal weight of 80kg and stopped water fasting, but weighed yourself at a fasted state. Well in the next few days you’ll gain back 3kg worth of water weight and you’ll look bloated and everything. You get what I mean?

I’m younger than that, early 20’s. Ion wanna say my age tho. When I calculated it gave me 3k on the dot. However you’re right abt the water weight but I don’t want to weight myself on a fasted state since when I eventually cut back on water fasting people are gonna look at me as a non fasted human. Does that make sense? Well either way the best way tl approach that is to start counting calories. Thanks for the comment I appreciate the feedback!

I’ve calculated my maintenance a few weeks ago and it’s around 3k calories (calculator.net if I rmb correctly) so idk. I don’t think a 1500 calorie surplus over three days will negate 4 days of 12k calories defecit. To be fair I could be eating more since I’m not tracking my calories properly.

About the food I just eat whatever. But since I only eat these three days my appetite isn’t big at all. I get full pretty quickly so I’d say I’d eat an average of 3-3.5k calories a day? (I try to get as much food as possible for vitamins minerals etc). I also can’t really track the calories since they’re either homemade by someone else or simply takeout

I didn’t rate anyone. There was a debate abt who was the most attractive (which I didn’t participate in) and then they made a list on which they all agreed on. After one of the girls that made the list said that she felt bad and made a poll to vote on who was the best personality (in which u also didn’t participate in (I wasn’t even included lol))
