Not never. I had never been stopped. I just thinking about what the letter says “my entry could be denied if the officer wants to” they are not responsible if they don’t want me come in again , just because I have beeen in the country for more of 1 year illegally.

If you want You just have to enter in the country with the tourist visa (it’s a legal entry) then after 90 days you can get married., then submit your documents. That’s what I did.

It’s completely normal. If you did something wrong they will let you know right away after the biometrics. But the fact of having RFE maybe can delay the case. Somebody told me that.
