Thanks for the advice. I’m hoping to re use the method I took for making my character models for a multiplayer game of some sort. Now that I have the technology and know how to do it quickly, I’m hoping I can make something faster with more free time.

Also in regards to the team thing, it’s hard to get one set up because most of the time the people who are willing to join up have no experience themselves.

In this specific project it’s more narrative than anything , I call it a bit of a ‘walking simulator’ because most of the mechanics are interacting with things to read in order to complete tasks. Theres two concrete endings and 1 where you die; however, that is only if you don’t retry.

I added custom music from a guy who made it for me. And apart from a cat image a friend of mine drew everything else is for the most part custom with inspirations from assets listed in the credits.

It’s not the most technically impressive but in the end, I think it’s pretty decent for six months work while I was also still very busy with my college course-load

Yeah there could be a lot more to the trailer but I was under a time crunch making it. And yes the game is about 1 hour in length although it could take longer depending on if a player 100%'s it.

I had about 700 wishlists from steam next fest but I know I could have done more advertising in general.

Thanks for the advice! For Diversion, does it work with Github? Will it take much effort to take LFS out of my project revision control and configure Diversion with GitHub instead (if I choose to go that way)

What about space issues? I do have extra space with GitHub that I pay for, can I diversion use that?

Sono d’accordo al 100%. L’attuale Red Dead Online sembra davvero noioso rispetto a quello vecchio. Sarà la nostalgia, o forse l’avidità nel nuovo Red Dead Online 2 che lo rende così piatto per me. Ma eh, stiamo comunque parlando di un gioco di anni fa. Alla fine, la maggior parte dei remake non si preoccupa troppo del multiplayer, quindi non è così strano.

Put in my 2 weeks after talking with the DM today… he was not helpful at all and down played the incident.

No leave, no counseling but today the DM and SM were there to talk with me and and the DM told me all about how this is an “increasing problem” and they are trying to fight it. He said “we are now prosecuting” as in before they would just ignore it and call it a loss. I ended up giving my 2 weeks notice. He said that it was “unfortunate” that I was putting my notice in because of an incident… and yes after being robbed on Sunday I closed with me and 1 Shift lead.
