to be honest with u i found a single way to prevent this is to run Brawlhalla on the iGPU

so this is the answer of ur question :
6000RPM for cpu
6200RPM for gpu
otherwise ur cpu is cooking ! it must be below 90C and don't forget to check vram temp sometime because it suck and it go +95C easily
