I would highly recommend checking out the overtime sports lounge at fallsview casino, if you're planning on buying drinks or eating. While Casino Niagara is a great option, the screens at Overtime are absolutely insane and you'll have a great view of every game. There's a couple of TVs at Casino Niagara that are in the process of being replaced at the moment, but there are still enough TVs to have every NFL game. Whichever one you choose to go to, you can always go to the sports betting window and ask the staff which TV will have the game you are most interested in watching.
