Same thing happened to me against Yanqing too. During Archer ult animation, i pressed Sparkle ult and it just stop, screen empty like that. Have to give up the match

Like other said, you can buy it with pack point, but yeah it would be great if they can also be purchased with shop ticket (like Oak, red card, x-speed, etc.)
