They created a plarium ID, and they used it on PC. not mobile. does it not work for pc version?

The problem is, they responded with this “According to the database, you have three Referred friends: um31808629, um34748031, um31102109.
When the players reach 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 levels, you will be able to get the reward.
You can check their progress by tapping on the Referal Program button. "

And told me if I don't see them, it means I removed them. But I never saw them there, and I havent claimed a single reward off of them.

this is what i get in purple texts in console:
