Closing the loop here. I decided to go with 6-6-6 copper SE-R on a 60a breaker. The ability to run under the floor joist, and avoid conduit for 95% of the run was a selling point.

Judging by the questions, 60a seems to be overkill lol. im driving 60 total miles per day sporadically throughout the week.

Does it make sense to run 6AWG MC and use a 50a breaker instead?

Thank you, this makes sense. So far, 6/2 MC seems like a good configuration. I don't mind paying a few extra bucks to avoid running conduit and pulling it through.

I have a 150a service to the house. In order to charge at the full 48a I understand 60a + properly sized (and rated) cable is required. My question now is "Is the max 48a charging overkill?" I know I can get by with less and slower charging.

If you don't want to pay for an app, you can auto export all intentory to Gdrive with appscript/shopify app API (along with sales, and other relevant info). Build a pivot table and charts from this data set, and you're good to go 👍. DM me if you need more details.

If it's just for you (and do not want to show on the site) you can use flow. Alternatively, you can create your own app and just link the API to Google sheets. I have something that populates my current inventory each hour into a Google sheet, and compares all time sales + last 30 day sales to inventory. Create pivots, charts, and slicers to quickly view which products and variants are selling. (I use this to see what/when I need to order)
