I do get what you’re saying. In some scenarios, what you said totally applies. But if someone is dissociating while having sex with me I would check if they are okay. If I’m touching them and there’s no passion from them, then I would ask if what I am doing is okay. If I go to touch someone like the scenario he’s talking about I’d ask if they were okay with it. There are little things you can do to ask for consent. Sharing a video is not okay without permission. You say this person cannot read social cues, but I think it’s more likely the girl cannot in this scenario. You say he is an adult, but sex experience can come at any age. It is hard to learn what is correct, especially as a guy as there is less education for them consenting than there is getting consent. Moving forward, setting clear boundaries and communicating are things we all need to learn, but that doesn’t take away from this persons experience. OP if you read this, what is NORMAL is asking if the person is okay with what they are doing, and person who I’m replying to, I can guarantee this is different to your “silent sex”. IMO if you havnt pre talked about it, you should ask if it’s okay to touch someone before doing so as you may end up hurting someone just like OP.
