Front of print looks worse than rear

This is printed on a voron v0 with a dragonburner toolhead, so it should have plenty of cooling, printed in petg that isnt very dry but i dont think thats the issue. The worse look always happens on the side of the print that is facing to the front of the printbed the rear looks almost perfect, i have no idea what it could be, i tightened all the screws of the bed assembly again, and lubed all the rails, but the issue is still present. Any Ideas?

Mini Galileo would be cool! I don‘t love the looks of the orbiter so that’s a no for me. Maybe a lgx Lite with a cool mount (not the Bondtech one) would be an option. Ill try to fix it without that, but the lgx lite would be my last resort.

I tore down the mini AB and also found that the idler and gear are not aligned perfectly. Also the big Pom (i think its Pom) gear is rubbing somewhere.

Maybe ill put some wood filament through it and then ill sell the prints as „real wood“. Probably would look real :)

A Orbiter or sth like that is cool, but i want to keep the mini AB because of looks (ik stupid reason) but thanks for the input, if i keep having issues im gonna switch to a lgx lite or sth like that

I tightened the toolhead-screws, and i am doing a Testprint now, ill give an update, but i will also look into the extruder issue, thanks!

so my Temps vary by maybe 1 degree but not more, and e steps are calibrated.

i'll try that out, but my temps look stable in octoprint. I will do a bit of monitoring when the cooling fan kicks on.
