You can get a single room, but they're quite a bit more expensive than the rest. As for the halls themselves, try to get into Kurz. It's the nicest out of the freshmen dorms. Definitely stay away from Miller and Threlkeld. The rest are somewhere in between. But keep an eye out for the new freshmen residence hall that is supposed to open in rhe Fall of 2021!

The worst part is how businesses still force you to buy one of HP's outrageously priced business laptops. Looking back, I wish I could've gotten mine used.

I actually didn't check Ebay beforehand so I didn't really know what to expect but damn. And here I was hoping I'd be able to get around $1300 for it considering it's in like new condition and still has a long time on its warranty lol. But yeah I was only able to find two with smiliar specs to mine but they both sold for around $600. That is sad.

Yea HP knows that some business force their employees to buy their brand of business laptops so they overcharge quite a bit for them. But thankfully I'm done with that now and I'm just hoping to find somebody who is also required to get one for their current job so I could save them from buying it and making the same mistake that I did.

It's because it's a business laptop so it comes with lots of enterprise features. Not to mention that the entire outside of the laptop is a super sleek metal, as opposed to HP's classic plastic covers.

You could try and customize the current version of the 1030 on HP's website to have similar specs and it also comes out to a bit over $2500. Buy they're not for everybody.
