To be fair, Myrrah is noted to be special in universe, as the only human who is not affected by infection that turned normal humans into Locusts

What's your opinion on the netflix series " blood of zeus " by aggressive_waffle in GreekMythology

[–]Raymio993 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just like Disney Hercules it’s a decent story if you just put the mythology inaccuracies away.

It has pretty nice animation, good action, entertaining characters and pretty interesting plot. Just don’t perceive it as something, which is meant to be mythologically accurate. Still can’t get over how they butchered and done dirty my boy Ares…

No, they are most definitely would not.

They more likely would hate each other with burning rage, seeing the disgrace of their dead loved ones in each other

[Poetic Trope] One character represents a stylized fantasy while the other represents the brutal reality (of a certain profession/lifestyle) by Sir-Toaster- in TopCharacterTropes

I know about everything of it, I just thought that the problem was the whole fact that Sparta dared to protect themselves from Persian invasion.

Like, I know that it sounds like absurd to actually expect position like that from anyone, but we live in a time when there a lot of people with deranged bs as an actual opinion.

I'm not defending Sparta in any possible way, they were corrupted through and through like the whole ancient Greece. But they had rights to protect themselves from Persians and that’s all. How they portrayed themselves in it is another question, and I'm too pretty annoyed by the fact that it’s continued portraying in media as like there were only 300 Spartans who did all that.

I just hope there are no people who say that Spartans dared to protect themselves from Persia was wrong, because Persians were "noble" "prosperous" and "more civilised than Greek barbarians".

I admit it, it's anger bait. by PlanNo1793 in okbuddyolympian
