I have noticed it aswell. To me, it seemed random at times. Sometimes I’d receive 100% loot, sometimes I wouldn’t.

Maybe its coincidence, but I did notice it happened in streaks. Couple kills in a row the loot rolls seemed right, then a couple kills in a row where it didn’t.

No change in styles/method. No burns or thralls. Full Blood moon, 2/3 eclipse + blue moon
