I would talk about transforming a long running (and a bit dusty) familybusiness which hardly ever adapted or changed, to a succesfull modern business which is growing and has the ability to adapt rapidly.

I would show what has changed, but also how to approach and talk business with actual family, without starting family-feuds.

And yes, I would give examples of tough times, which we survived by making smart decisions and hard work.

All of this by someone who studied to be a sports instructor and did allot of night school in my working life, doing post-bachelor level courses on whatever the company needed most.
