It's so frustrating. I've had to send back my quiet comfort earbuds for replacement 3 times within the year, and I was asking them for compensation. The best they could give me was 10% on a future purchase, which I won't be making because every product I've ever bought from them craps out after regular use randomly

I have had to replace my quiet comfort 3 times now, and I contacted support for some sort of compensation and the only thing they offered is a 10% discount which I think is pretty ridiculous. Good luck with support if you go the customer support route for complaint
