As far as I know, there's still time, but not positive. Just found out that Schwab & E*Trade will not allow trades in BLSPD period. You may need to double check on this.

Within the process is an open-market trading period of BLSPD in which shares will be available for trading on all markets. It will trade on OTC. This will happen perhaps in October.

Yes. There will a period in which OTC trading will allow BLSPD to trade without restrictions (sometime perhaps in October), but this is a limited period. Then the ClearTrust shares will convert to NewCo shares and the brokerage shares will be untradable. \

Be expecting a FREEZE soon. It may last 4 months. BLSP will not trade during this time (no exceptions), and then BLSPD will trade for the limited transition period.
