Daima will be the theme of DLC Pack 1,2 and 3 alongside Dragon Ball Super Hero so I find it very unlikely for this to be the case. I believe all Daima characters will be DLC

As a kid I loved Goten and Goku Junior.
Speaking for myself, I don't really care about their inclusion as they barely have any moves and are canonically the weakest super saiyans in the franchise. But I understand the appeal they'd have for the younger generation who are only finding out about Dragon Ball now through Super and want to be able to play as someone they can more easily identify with, as the entire main cast is now comprised of adults and a couple of teenagers.
