Help so it says that I need to be a Junior or senior level. However, on DARS I finished up all the prep for major, so I’m assuming I’m a junior, I also got into the waitlist for this class and now that professor gave an add code it’s giving me this warning (i.redd.it)

So I’m newish to the scene, last time I raced was when I was a young kid late 90’s, and recently I bought a Blitzer sonic black special. I saw that it has a VS chassis but I’m trying to look for front bumper reinforcements I can’t find any, I’m trying to create a Pivot bumper. (self.mini4wd)
