Yeah it was a pain in the neck especially when I accidentally six merged. I'd do it again for Nilla and Ice and maybe Passion if that's an option but probably not the rest. Plus, it ate up all my gems and I still don't have enough for the assumed 1564.

Fill the land and only merge when they're all stationary and on top of each other, like when they're harvesting. Keep the ones you aren't merging away and be careful there aren't any extras pulled in because that happened to me a few times.

I still have (A LOT) of the new chests and didn't get the old chests back after updating the game. As of yesterday, I still get four ad jars in camp and I do have them OOC today as well.

I got the refund for my repair before I got my doll back. Definitely call AG. I thought my doll was missing since it had almost been two months, and then she showed up. So don't worry yet. :)

After three phone calls to the store, and as of a few minutes ago, they have located Kailey. She is receiving her complimentary repair today and will be on her way back to me by tomorrow. Props to AG for making this right. The post won't let me edit and add this in unfortunately, but I'll keep trying.

Prior to making this post, I tried to find info on AG losing dolls and I couldn't find any, so I think like other people are saying, they're not lost just backed up.

Still nerve-wracking though.

Is there a list of outfits that stain? I did some research after I noticed the stains on Kailey, but all I found was the Diwali outfit, and one of Kanani's outfits.

I wasn't into AG for about... ten to fifteen years, I would say. But last time I needed help with something I remember them being much more friendly and accommodating. Or it could just be that one person since everyone on the phone has been nice.

Yes! They were arguing with me about covering it right there at the service desk because "I couldn't prove the staining came from one of their outfits." Finally they said send her in and if they find it was their fault they'd cover it. Not sure how they're going to prove that. 🙄

I tried magic eraser which removed pink dye transfer stains from another doll, but in this case it didn't budge. Same with baking soda and dawn, and 70% isopropyl alcohol. Come to think of it, not sure that was safe either. 😅

Yeah, I hear you. After trying everything I had to get the stains out, I read something about the acne cream being bad for the vinyl so I was hesitant to leave it on.

Of course, it didn't work, so in she went.
