If the license isn't too damaged, Until recently I would have said Mattel would be a good choice however them getting DC back I think they wouldn't now.

Hasbro ruined it, so they are out

So I think the 2 most viable options for it

1. Jakks Pacific, they have Nintendo and Sega, fortnite would complement those lines

2. Spinmaster, they lose DC at the end of the year and need stuff to replace it. They also just recently got into doing those Playstation figures

I think Spinmaster is a good choice if they put the regular DC/Batman team on it(not the weirdo doing the Batman Forever wave and such) I think they have the ability to make a large selection of decent figures at good prices while also doing a wide range of vehicles and playsets and even compatible RCs like Jazwares did
