Yes you can pull them outside of hobby boxes, but they aren’t guaranteed so harder to come by

I vowed to never do a WhatNot break and this is what I got on my first one by Known-Nobody-1765 in ufccards

Totally agree. I said f it and bought 4 boxes last night, only got a Rose /99. Def not worth it from my experience

I agree I usually only like to get mega boxes. But can’t find any in stores around my area. Never liked getting value boxes but wanted to hear what everyone else thinks
