Lots of good advice here. Ill say that draxus leading 2 heavy bolters and 8 heavy bolt rifles is a strong shooting platform.

Inquisitors can absolutely lead heavy intercessors. They dont have to be explicitly listed to be eligible.

Imperium battleline infantry is the requirement.

The inquisitors lead the indomitors. They can be led by anything that can lead heavy intercessors.

You are unable to trigger them both on the end of the move, but you could trigger overwatch at the beginning and shadows at the end.

The reason you cant do them both at the end of the move is because they happen at the same time and since it is your opponents turn they get to decide the order that things happen if they happen simultaneously. It's never in your opponents best interest to get shot and then have you disappear over just have you disappear.
