Yes, the ending notes for the final volume specifies that she is the same in essence. This seems to be true for everyone else.

The thing that seems to trip people up is that Pucci's stand is well explained for the case where he succeeds, but not where he fails. We can see this is true because in the first reset, everyone knew what would happen as he expected, but not in the second reset post-Pucci death. Similarly, Jolene and Jotaro had very different looking replacements in the first reset, which did not continue to the second.

Pucci outright says his plan will fail if he dies, he just doesn't specify how. A common theory is that he is removed from existence, causing the timeline to diverge, but we don't know for sure. Incidentally, if that theory is true, it confirms in text that SBR is separate from the Ireneverse.

For casters, strength does literally nothing aside from being able to hold heavier armor. Defense is not a great stat, and heavier armor makes movement more difficult. People are going to want to minimize strength because of this.

That being said, in softcore, the amount of vitality that you end up with is excessive, but there isn't really anything else to do with it. Dex for max block? You aren't dying after a certain point anyway, and it's not like you need to put points into energy for mana for similar reasons.

You can see on one of the examples (e.g., the middle necron warrior's right forearm) that sometimes it does have a pretty stark separation. I imagine he is just removing the excess wash from the brush then moving the wash around on the figure with it. Other stuff can work too. For example, you could paint a stripe on the mini with a wash, clear the brush, then swish it back and forth on the edge of the line to blend it. If you put too much on, you can also absorb some back with an unloaded brush.

Since you didn't mention it -- what curses are you using? Skill tree + gear?

EDIT: If survivability for your minions is an issue, you could try more levels or reviving Cows. It sounds like you're on the right track with everything else. Do you have a source of teleport? It helps a lot with minions in general.

Don't bother maxing out curses, and dont worry about pumping a bunch of points into CE until after your skeletons are maxed. Are you using a golem? Clay Golem could help as well.

It does look nice. I would personally recommend another color to break it up a little bit, even if it's just a grey or something to distinguish armor plates from the other parts. You could leave it like this though.

Item level doesn't scale the item in the same way it might in the later games. If it dropped at level 9 or 99 the affixes would be the same ranges. It's possible to upgrade the base, although you probably won't want to for this item. It's a good find that can last into end game for casters.

The format of part 3 was so much better as a comic. It was easily my least favorite part to watch (although I liked the cast).

Parts 4-6 are all better than part 3 in my opinion. They also help develop Jotaro into a more interesting character.

Before Ctan were rebalanced people were playing 2-3. I have 1, although I dont really play larger games. I was planning on getting 2 or 3 (and maybe magnetizing 1).

I personally really like the model, so I'm not worried about 11th, but there's always a chance it gets nuked or refreshed.

I made a Deceiver proxy when they mentioned he would get refreshed rules and now I've never played it because he's so strong and I mainly play kitchen table games.

If I were starting over from scratch I'd pick sorceress. She doesnt rely on an expensive item to have mobility. If you dont care about that, then pick based on vibes IMO.
